As the Internal HR Manager, you will oversee our firm's human resources operations, ensuring our HR strategies align with our business goals and enhance our workplace culture. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of human resource practices and processes, supporting our commitment to recruit, develop, and retain a talented and satisfied workforce.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or a related industry.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan contributions, and annual performance bonuses.
